Apprenticeship Model Designer and Project Manager
My is role as a social media and graphic design intern lasted exactly one year before being offered a position as the Apprenticeship Program Associate at the career center of a community college. Leadership noticed my ability to move quickly yet strategically and always upholding a high standard for all work output. I was tasked to lead the launch of our pre-apprenticeship model for our Information Technology (IT) grant. This consisted of developing the framework, naming the model, creating a paid job for it students, and designing and publishing all the marketing materials on internal and external channels.
